What started out as a single food truck back in 2009, we’ve since expanded to five trucks, four restaurants without wheels, two craft cocktail bars and a thriving catering business. We are passionate about bringing our unique blend of traditional Indian flavors presented in a friendly, recognizable way to the world while still maintaining the values and excellence that have made us successful.
Brick & Mortar Restaurants
Akash and Rana Kapoor started Curry Up Now with a mission to bring the Indian street foods from their childhood to the Bay Area. With no formal training and a huge appetite they were able to turn one food truck into four brick & mortar restaurant locations. Our food is a unique take on Indian street favorites, mixed in with flavors Akash and Rana love from around the world. We serve the dishes they grew up on with a Curry Up Now twist. We don't mind if you can't pronounce some of the names right, we just hope you enjoy the food as much as we do.

Our casual, industrial chic lounge serves up handcrafted cocktails using our house made syrups, sodas and tonics. You’ll also find a large list of locally crafted microbrews and specialty wines. If you're feeling hungry we offer bar snacks as well as the full Curry Up Now menu, available until 10pm.

We offer catering services for any type of event, big or small, including weddings, corporate events, meetings, birthday parties, you name it! Whether it's event catering through delivery or pickup, food truck catering at your event venue or hosting your private event at one of our restaurants or bars, we will work all the details out with you to make sure you have an unforgettable event.
