The batter’s ready.  Are you ready for some Dosai?

We woke the truck up at 6:30A and here’s what went bad on the day of the inspection:

• The steam unit pilot light didn’t come on for 45 minutes
• Too much water in the steam unit which overflowed inside the truck
• No water in the faucet.  Air Bubbles

By the time we got to the San Mateo County inspection office, the steam unit water was over 140, there was water in all the faucets, thanks to Amir’s crazy driving.  Brent with San Mateo county was happy with the condition of the truck and 15 minutes into the inspection, WE PASSED.  We had people ask for food while awaiting the inspection.  A good sign, we hope.
