On a super busy Sunday, in walks the most pleasant inspector ever, Brett from San Mateo County for our first random/routine inspection. Were we wearing gloves, was the food at the right temperature, did we have hot/cold water, was the hood operational; just some of the thoughts that went through all our heads on the truck.

5-7 minutes later, a report card from the Health Division signed by Brett took away our fears. We were wearing gloves, our hot food was at the right temperature, our refrigerator was under 41F, we did have cold/hot water, our hood was functioning well. All and All, an excellent status from our first inspection.
