We will have 6 people on the truck today to hopefully reduce ordering and food delivery wait times. 2 people each on the grill and assembly, 1 person taking orders and 1 person giving out orders.
We would love our fans to come up with ways as well on how we can speed up your experience on the truck. We are new in the food business and literally have been open 30 days. Please help us improve your visits to our truck. Our challenges remain very limited space (refrigerator, kitchen) and a small grill. Looking for ya’ll to help.
