About

With no formal culinary background, co-founders, Amir Hosseini, Akash Kapoor and Rana Kapoor came up with the idea of a chicken tikka masala burrito over lunch back in 2009. Within two weeks, they purchased their first food truck and turned a lunchtime craving into reality. Upon the first week of opening with lines of people waiting in excitement to try the food, they knew they were onto something special.

Locations

Not your average Indian. Think tikka masala burritos, deconstructed samosas and sexy fries. We take traditional Indian flavors and present them in a friendly, recognizable way. Our obsession is amazing tasting food, but we’re just as passionate about making sure our guests have an incredible experience the moment they walk through our doors or step in line at our food trucks.

Food Trucks

What started out as a single food truck back in 2009, we’ve since expanded to four trucks, five restaurants without wheels, two craft cocktail bars and a thriving catering business. We are passionate about bringing our unique blend of traditional Indian flavors presented in a friendly, recognizable way to the world while still maintaining the values and excellence that have made us successful.
