Corporate catering in Smyrna usually means a big headcount, a mixed room and one person who has to get it right. Curry Up Now caters from its own kitchen at 2160 Rock Springs Rd, Suite 600 in Smyrna, Tennessee, open daily from 11 AM (until 9:30 PM Friday and Saturday, 8 PM other nights). Indian street food, Indian born and California raised. 100% of the meat is halal, every chicken, lamb and meat dish, and vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes are labeled, so one order covers the whole room. Catering runs from 10 to 1,000 guests. Call the catering team at 615-768-9390 or email catering@curryupnow.com; quotes come back within two hours during business hours.
All-hands and town halls. Large headcounts eating on a schedule. Individual boxes keep the line moving and stop the halal, vegan and vegetarian guests from hunting for their tray.
Client visits and board sessions. A smaller, nicer spread: a party package with chicken tikka masala, lamb rogan josh, saag paneer, chana masala, turmeric rice, naan and a starter of samosa chaat.
Offsites and company celebrations. The Biryani Buffet, or a live food station, cooked on site, for 50 guests or more.
Recurring meal programs. Weekly or biweekly lunches on a standing order, set up once with catering@curryupnow.com.
Every chicken, lamb and meat dish is halal by default, not by request. Vegan dishes such as the Hella Vegan Bowl, chana masala and aloo gobi need no substitutions. Gluten-free entrées include the tikka masala, butter chicken, saag paneer, kadhai and chana masala. So the order does not need a side track for anyone.
Every order comes with serving spoons, utensils and napkins, and the food arrives hot in covered trays. Chafing dishes, plates, setup, live stations and staffed stations cost extra; ask when you book. Tax and gratuity are not included.
Under 50 guests, next-day notice usually works. 50 guests or more and live stations need two to three days. Delivery covers Smyrna, La Vergne, Nolensville, Antioch, Murfreesboro, Brentwood and Nashville. A deposit holds the date, with the balance due before the event.
You can also build the order yourself on the Smyrna catering menu. Store hours and directions are on the Curry Up Now Smyrna page, and the allergen guide covers dairy, wheat, eggs, nuts, sesame and soy.
