The Short Answer

Curry Up Now caters three Performance Bowls as individual labeled boxes, at every location: the Keto Bowl, the Protein Performance Bowl with 57g of protein, and the 550 Calorie Performance Bowl. Each is plated with the components side by side. All of the meat is halal.

The Three Bowls

• Protein Performance Bowl. Lamb rogan josh, kadhai chicken, avocado, pico, cucumber and cauliflower rice. 57g of protein, gluten-free. Double protein is available.
• Keto Bowl. Riced cauliflower, kadhai chicken or paneer, saag paneer, avocado, pico, cucumber and cotija.
• The 550 Calorie Performance Bowl. Tandoori chicken, rice, pico and grilled veggies. 550 calories.

Where They Fit

Teams order them alongside the regular bowls and burritos: the people who train at lunch take the Protein Bowl, the low-carb eaters take the Keto Bowl, and everyone else orders what they normally would. Because every box is labeled, nobody ends up with the wrong one.
